He trained at BUE Trainers and began his career in restaurants in Buenos Aires, later moving to New Orleans, and eventually to Tokyo, where he honed his craft for several years. In 2015, he was named one of the 10 Best Young Chefs in Japan by San Pellegrino.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"865\">In 2016, he relocated to Hong Kong to lead operations at HAKU, a restaurant awarded three Michelin stars.
