Earth Wine & Fire

A dinner series created by Deborah de Corral at her Miami restaurant, TIGRE, to spotlight Argentine wine within the local gastronomic scene.

The first edition featured winemaker Susana Balbo. Each dinner was carefully curated with chefs chosen to complement the wines Deborah aimed to highlight.

Studio Courtois designed the concept, crafted the narrative, led the communication strategy, and managed full production in partnership with wineries, importers, and local industry leaders.

An experience that introduced Argentine wine through the lens of hospitality, cross-cultural exchange, and a curated, hands-on sensibility.
