Earth Wine & Fire Miami

Together with Deborah de Corral we created a cycle of experiences in her restaurant Tigre Miami, in which Argentine wine meets face to face with cuisines from different parts of the world. In each edition, we invite leading Argentine winemakers to present and pair a menu created by the host chef and chefs from around the world.

Kusinera Filipina x Argentina

We created a map of presentations of Kusinera Filipina, a book by American-Filipino chef Christina Sunae. With the support of the Philippine Embassy, the Philippine Department of Tourism in the Americas, and the best wineries in Argentina, we coordinated and managed a tour of gastronomic experiences throughout the country, fusing the best local produce with traditional recipes of Filipino cuisine.

Together with Pamela Villar, we created a series of gastronomic experiences in which Argentina's greatest chefs cooked behind closed doors for only 36 guests at Yeite Café, in the heart of Villa Crespo.
